Dr. Santoro (Ernie) is the owner of Revive. He earned his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Columbia University in New York in 2010 after having graduated Magna Cum Laude with his B.S. in Health and Science Studies with minors in English and Biology from Quinnipiac University in Hamden, CT in 2007.
During the course of his career, Dr. Santoro quickly rose from a staff level Physical Therapist to Director of Operations for Connecticut, Rhode Island and Massachusetts. He has rehabilitated patients in a variety of healthcare settings with a wide range of post-operative, orthopedic, neurological and cardiovascular conditions.
Dr. Santoro completed his Fellowship in Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapy, earning the credential of FAAOMPT (Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapists) in 2024. Fellowship training involves a rigorous 2.5 year post-doctoral didactic curriculum through the Manual Therapy Institute (MTI), followed by 450 hours of direct one-on-one mentorship under MTI fellows. It is of the most rigorous, expansive, and comprehensive Fellowship programs in the world. This accomplishment is reached by less than 5% of Physical Therapists in the United States.
Ernie was recently accepted as a Mentoring Faculty member for the Manual Therapy Institute, and is excited to not only teach and mentor future fellows, but also to learn from and collaborate with them as well!
Dr. Chris Stankiewicz earned his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Quinnipiac University in 2022 after receiving his B.S. in Athletic Training from Quinnipiac in 2019. Chris has clinical experience treating patients across the lifespan but has a particular interest in Sports Medicine and Performance.
Chris is currently enrolled in a highly advanced post-doctorate manual therapy fellowship program through the Manual Therapy Institute (MTI). He has initiated the didactic part of his curriculum to further improve upon and expand his diagnostic, treatment, and manual therapy skillsets
Chris has treated patients at the high school, collegiate, and professional settings, including an internship with the New Orleans Saints! Outside of work, Chris enjoys being outdoors, golfing, exercising, and cheering on his favorite sports teams, the New York Yankees and New England Patriots.
Chandler Butcher earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Quinnipiac University in 2020 following completion of her B.S. in Health and Science Studies in 2017. She is Revive Therapy’s first full time PT hire and our trusted resident CrossFit rehab provider and enthusiast. She is also our Site Coordinator for Clinical Education, helping to not only arrange clinical contracts with Physical Therapy academic programs, but also in teaching students.
Dr. Butcher has had a wide array of clinical experiences ranging from acute care to performance training among athletes. Dr. Butcher has continued her interest in sports medicine at Revive Therapy and utilizes her background in CrossFit (from coaching and athletic perspectives) to guide her practice with all patients. She has been instrumental in developing comprehensive treatment programs to help improve the quality of life for people of varying conditions, aged from 14-84!
Dr. Mulryan is a recent graduate of the Quinnipiac University: Doctor of Physical Therapy program and he additionally is a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS). Mike combines his treatment skills and DPT education with an extensive background in weight/olympic lifting and training to provide a more comprehensive experience for his PT patients and his fitness training clientele.
Dr. Mulryan competed in his first power lifting meet in April 2024, and he completed his Doctoral education with Chris at Revive. He also recently traveled to Ireland. Mike owns a separate coaching business to further help training clientele. Follow him on Instagram @mulryanstrength
Kim brings over 13 years of experiencing managing a physical therapy office to her role at Revive as our Office Administrator.
Her contagious smile and warm personality welcome patients to Revive’s office while she professionally manages patient insurance authorizations. She is additionally responsible for patient scheduling, and introductions to our staff. Kim is committed to creating a welcoming atmosphere for patients when they arrive to our practice.
When she isn’t at work, Kim loves baking, gardening, and spending time with her family, especially her new grandsons, Matthew and Leo. She resides in Wallingford with her husband, Vinnie, and their two dogs, Colby and Cami.
