At Revive, we believe we should function as stewards to the local community. Therefore, Revive Therapy’s influence isn’t just isolated to our physical location. Rather, we are motivated to actively support North Haven and the surrounding communities throughout Connecticut.

How can we support you?

We are more than just Physical Therapists!

We offer assistance to local employers, schools, gyms, athletic institutions (i.e. Pickleball Clubs, Crossfit Gyms, Pilates and Yoga Studios) and various other entities in a variety of different capacities. Most notably, we have worked with teams such as the Harlem Wizards to help their athletes before their fund-raising events for towns such as Tolland and New Britain. Here is a short list of just a few of the types of services we can offer:

  • Team-based athletic programs (including off-season training)
  • Support for athletes engaging in athletic competitions (local Crossfit competitions, bike races, etc)
  • Small group stretching and functional mobility classes for workplaces
  • Workplace safety assessment and pre-employment Human Performance Evaluation testing
  • Volunteering Physical Therapy care for local non-profit events
  • …And so much more!!!

I would highly recommend Revive Therapy, and specifically Chandler Eckert, DPT. I typically have always thought of physical therapy as something you go to after surgery or for a sports injury. However, I decided to try PT after having a low back pain that wouldn’t go away. In just 4 weeks, I was able to work out without the pain. I am so thankful for the service offered at Revive Therapy with their wholistic approach and one-on-one targeted therapy. Everyone was extremely nice and professional. As well, the facility was clean, well equipped and had locker rooms so you could change after work. I am in the medical field and plan on referring my own patients here in the future.

I came to Ernie a few years back with injuries from a severe concussion and car accident (Neck, Elbow, and Lower Back Pain). Coming from a family with medical experience (doctors, nurses) I am picky when it comes to my choice in care. Ernie is a great guy. I actually looked forward to my appointments. There was an insurance issue and Ernie still saw me without worrying about payment / money first. He made it evident that his concern for the patient and treatment was his highest priority. I am in need of a shoulder replacement but cannot have surgery. My doctor recommended physical therapy in order to help my range of motion as well as minimize the pain. I’ve been seeing Ernie Santoro regularly for 6 months now and he has made a huge difference in my quality of life.
He is incredibly knowledgeable as well as kind and patient. I could have chosen a physical therapy practice that is closer to home but he is worth the travel time. I would not go anywhere else. Ernie came highly recommended to me and I in turn, highly recommend him and his practice.

Hands down the best Physical Therapists in the area. I walked in a few weeks after I had a torn rotator cuff surgery to this location and recieved a very warm welcome. I can’t imagine finding a better place for physical therapy than Revive. I had chronic lower back issues and they really helped me out with specific exercises and stretches for my condition. Today I am in much better shape. The staff are super nice with a high level of expertise. I highly recommend Revive for any physical therapy needs.

March of 2024 I had pain in my left leg which made walking difficult. My PCP provided me with a referral for physical therapy.. I found Revive on Google and read all the reviews then made an appt for the next day with Kim. I began working with Chris who explained the compression in my back was the issue. He taught me exercises which I do at home and then he gives me additional training at the facility. I am pain free and strong so I can easily walk our Boxer dog. I am so thankful for the Revive team, they are extremely kind, caring, and very knowledgable in their field.

I think the thing that is very impressive about Revive Therapy and Dr. Santoro, is his attention to his patients. Unlike most other places in the area, Dr. Santoro does not schedule more than one person every 45-60 minutes and he doesn’t double book his patient appointments. I went through Physical Therapy at other bigger places and was always being seen with at least two or three other patients at the same time….but not at Revive Therapy! Hopefully, I never get hurt again, but if I do, I’m going back to see Dr. Santoro.

I saw Dr. Santoro for lower back pain. I could barely walk when I went to see him and I was in extreme pain. Dr. Santoro was extremely thorough when analyzing the issue, performed manipulations on my back, and even gave me exercises to work on at home so I can avoid this issue in the future. I had no idea Physical Therapists could perform joint manipulations (or adjustments as I knew them before) until I met Dr. Santoro. He is specially trained in advanced manual therapy procedures, and this really shows in his ability to manually fix an issue and then reiterate with corrective exercise. I’m happy to admit I’m never going to need to go back to my chiropractor.
